Proof Research Carbon Pre-Fit Barrel Zermatt Origin .25 Creedmoor 20" 1:7.5 Twist 5/8-24 Sendero

The Proof Research Carbon Fiber Pre-Fit Barrel for Zermatt Origin actions is chambered in .25 Creedmoor and engineered to deliver lightweight performance with match-grade precision. This drop-in barrel features a 20-inch match-grade barrel with a fast 1:7.5 twist rate, optimized for stabilizing modern high-ballistic-coefficient .25 caliber projectiles. Precision 5-groove rifling enhances bore consistency, minimizes fouling, and delivers exceptional shot-to-shot accuracy. Combined with the Sendero contour, this barrel provides outstanding rigidity and harmonic stability while preserving the weight-saving benefits of Proof Research's advanced carbon fiber construction.

Built around a match-grade stainless steel core wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber, the barrel offers an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio, enhanced thermal stability, and reduced point-of-impact shift during extended shooting sessions. Technical features include a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle for compatibility with suppressors and muzzle brakes, along with direct-fit compatibility for Zermatt Origin actions to simplify installation and maintain precise headspacing. The 20-inch length provides an ideal balance of portability, velocity, and long-range capability, making it an excellent choice for lightweight hunting rifles, precision shooting platforms, and custom rifle builds chambered in the efficient .25 Creedmoor cartridge.
