Proof Research Carbon Pre-Fit Barrel Impact Precision 737 Short Action 6.5 PRC 22" 1:7.5 Twist 5/8-24 Sendero

The Proof Research Carbon Fiber Pre-Fit Barrel for Impact Precision 737 Short Action receivers is chambered in 6.5 PRC and engineered as a premium drop-in upgrade for shooters seeking lightweight performance and long-range precision. This configuration features a 22-inch barrel with a fast 1:7.5 twist rate optimized for stabilizing modern high-ballistic-coefficient 6.5mm projectiles while maximizing the velocity and downrange performance of the 6.5 PRC cartridge. Precision 5-groove rifling promotes exceptional bore consistency, reduced fouling, and outstanding shot-to-shot accuracy. The Sendero contour enhances barrel rigidity and harmonic stability while maintaining a lightweight profile ideal for hunting and precision rifle applications.

Constructed around a match-grade steel core wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber, the barrel delivers an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio, improved thermal stability, and reduced point-of-impact shift during extended firing sessions. Technical features include a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle for compatibility with suppressors and muzzle devices, along with direct-fit compatibility for Impact Precision 737 Short Action receivers to simplify installation and maintain consistent headspacing. Chambered in the powerful 6.5 PRC cartridge, this barrel is well suited for long-range hunting, precision competition, and custom lightweight rifle builds where performance and weight savings are equally important.

Designed for shooters who demand premium materials and match-grade performance, this Proof Research carbon pre-fit barrel combines advanced engineering with the proven capabilities of the Impact Precision 737 platform.
