Proof Research Carbon Pre-Fit Barrel Q The Fix 6.5 Creedmoor 16" 1:7.5 Twist 5/8-24

The Proof Research Carbon Fiber Pre-Fit Barrel for Q The Fix rifles is chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor and engineered as a lightweight, match-grade upgrade for shooters seeking premium accuracy and enhanced portability. This configuration features a compact 16-inch barrel with a fast 1:7.5 twist rate optimized for stabilizing modern high-ballistic-coefficient 6.5mm projectiles. Precision 5-groove rifling delivers exceptional bore consistency, reduced fouling, and outstanding shot-to-shot accuracy, making this barrel an excellent choice for suppressed rifles, compact hunting builds, and precision field applications.

Built around a match-grade stainless steel core wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber, the barrel provides an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio while improving thermal stability and minimizing point-of-impact shift during prolonged shooting sessions. Technical features include a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle for compatibility with suppressors and muzzle devices, an integrated barrel extension, and direct-fit compatibility with Q The Fix rifles for simplified installation and consistent headspacing. The shorter 16-inch length enhances maneuverability in confined environments while maintaining the accuracy and efficiency that Proof Research barrels are known for.

Designed for hunters, precision shooters, and custom rifle enthusiasts, this Proof Research carbon pre-fit barrel combines advanced carbon fiber construction with match-grade craftsmanship to maximize the performance of the Q The Fix platform in a compact, field-ready package.
