Proof Research Carbon Pre-Fit Barrel Zermatt Origin 6mm ARC 18" 1:7.5 Twist 5/8-24 Sendero

Proof Research Carbon Pre-Fit Barrel Zermatt Origin 6mm ARC 18" 1:7.5 Twist 5/8-24 Sendero

The Proof Research Carbon Fiber Pre-Fit Barrel for Zermatt Origin actions is chambered in 6mm ARC and engineered as a lightweight, precision-focused upgrade for custom rifle builds. This configuration features an 18-inch barrel with a fast 1:7.5 twist rate optimized for stabilizing modern high-ballistic-coefficient 6mm projectiles while maximizing the efficiency and long-range capability of the 6mm ARC cartridge. Precision 4-groove rifling promotes exceptional bore consistency, reduced fouling, and repeatable shot-to-shot accuracy. The Sendero contour provides outstanding barrel rigidity and harmonic stability while maintaining the weight-saving advantages of carbon fiber construction.

Constructed around a match-grade steel core wrapped in aerospace-grade carbon fiber, the barrel delivers an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio, enhanced thermal stability, and minimized point-of-impact shift during extended shooting sessions. Technical features include a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle for compatibility with suppressors and muzzle devices, along with direct-fit compatibility for Zermatt Origin actions to simplify installation and ensure consistent headspacing. The compact 18-inch length makes this barrel an outstanding choice for suppressed hunting rifles, lightweight field rifles, and precision builds that require portability without sacrificing accuracy.

Designed for hunters and precision shooters seeking premium performance, this Proof Research carbon pre-fit barrel combines advanced carbon fiber technology with match-grade manufacturing to maximize the capabilities of the 6mm ARC cartridge.
