Proof Research carbon fiber barrels utilize a precision steel barrel blank wrapped with aerospace-grade carbon fiber to provide an exceptional combination of rigidity, reduced weight, and thermal performance. The 18-inch barrel length creates a compact, maneuverable setup while the 1:8 twist is designed to stabilize a broad range of modern .22-caliber projectiles commonly used with 22 Creedmoor. Four-groove rifling provides a precision-focused bore configuration engineered for consistent performance.

The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24, allowing compatibility with appropriate suppressors, muzzle brakes, and other muzzle devices. This pre-fit configuration also includes the extension required for the Q The Fix drop-in application, simplifying integration with the intended rifle platform. For shooters building or rebarreling a Q The Fix in 22 Creedmoor, this Proof Research carbon fiber pre-fit provides a lightweight, precision-oriented barrel solution engineered around premium materials and exacting manufacturing standards.
